Blinkily ever after

Over the holidays, my art director Alex proposed to his girlfriend. So when it came time to brainstorm Blink Fitness’s February campaign, love was in the air. We started jamming and found a study that said how exercising with your partner can lead to increased relationship satisfaction. As an inclusive, positive, and uplifting fitness community, we thought Blink would be the perfect place to celebrate love by giving couples the chance to get married in our gym on Valentine’s Day. Everybody loved the idea, and now it was time to plan a wedding.

We provided couples with invitations, a photographer, food and drinks, wedding favors, and flowers. Our Director of Operations became an ordained officiant, and on the big day, he legally married 10 couples in the small group training room at Blink Park Slope. When it was all said and done, Blinkily Ever After drove 209 million impressions and was featured on NY1 and News 12.

After all the couples tied the knot, we created this recap video for our Instagram followers.
